The Zefiro mattress is made entirely from Grand Soleil foam, an innovative foam made from renewable resources including sunflower, soy and wrap oils and water. The tubes technology means a constant passage of air is moving through the mattress forming a healthy sleep environment free from bacteria and moulds.   Zefiro is entirely metal free, the tubes provide superior support with a comfort layer of Naturmemory foam for a deep sleep, and to ease pressure points.

NaturMemory is a heat sensitive foam (memory foam, visco elastic) that shapes up perfectly to your body. Ideal for pressure relieving as it models itself and adapts perfectly to the natural curves of the body, distributing the weight over the entire supporting surface. It relieves the pressure on the areas that bear the greater load, ensuring great comfort and relaxation, whatever position the body assumes.

Triocell Firm
Triocell Firm, made from natural oil based Grand Soleil foam, forms the base layer underneath the tubes, it is an important part of the support system. Triocell foam is a top of the range product made up of 3 different sized cells for balanced comfort (33% large sized cells for support; 33% medium sized cells for balanced pressure and 33% small sized cells for uncompromised comfort).  Triocell foam can soothe muscular tension and provide the body comfort and support in every sleep position.

The mattress can be used with the Triocell Firm layer on the top, as an  alternative option to the NaturMemory foam, for a different sleep sensation.

Breathable & Anti-allergenic

Unlike traditional visco elastic on the market, NaturMemory is remarkable for its composition based on sunflower oil and water. It is odourless and also "breathes"  qualities obtained by a special working process that gives it an open cell structure. This features make NaturMemory a anallergic and antibacterial material. The tubes aid this air circulation ensuring the mattress core is a healthy, dry environment which eliminates problems caused by moisture and humidity.  The Zefiro mattress is ideal for allergy and asthma sufferers and provides a fresh and healthy sleep environment for everyone.

7 Core Zones

The Zefiro has 7 core zones throughout each layer of the core, each working in synergy with each other to provide correct support to correspond with the different parts of the body.  The tubes are zoned and colour coded for easy identification, the different zones provide different resistance for different parts of the body.  The Triocell layer is zoned with a series of surface profiling and tear drop shaped cuts to work in synergy with the tubes.  The Memory Foam layer is profiled using advanced laser cutting techniques, each profile is designed to correspond with each part of the body to contour to your every curve.
